Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
We offer standard and priority shipping options depending on customer location and order size.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
(Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.) - Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method and location.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address. Reshipping fees may apply.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If USPS marks your package as “delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or loss. Claims should be filed directly with USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we do not ship to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont. Products containing more than 0.3% total THC are not shipped to any jurisdiction where such items are restricted or prohibited by law. Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before placing an order.
Return & refund Policy
Returns are accepted under specific conditions due to the nature of our products.
Eligible Returns:
- Unopened and unused items
- In original packaging
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo or video proof.
